Dr. Tracy-Lynn Reside, NDDr. Tracy-Lynn Reside is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor based in Northern Ontario with a practice focus on integrative primary care, women’s health, and chronic disease management. She combines evidence-informed natural therapies with a strong foundation in assessment, diagnostics, and collaborative care to support patients through every stage of their health journey.In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Reside is deeply engaged in education and research. She teaches anatomy, physiology, and sports nutrition at the college level, develops continuing education for naturopathic doctors, and serves in provincial and national leadership roles advancing clinical standards, research capacity, and integrative healthcare policy.Dr. Reside is committed to helping patients feel heard, supported, and empowered with clear, personalized plans that fit real life. She believes in meeting people where they are, focusing on meaningful, sustainable change rather than perfection.
