Alex has a particular passion for integrative cardiovascular care, particularly for women in midlife. With over 20 years of clinical experience, she focuses on helping patients manage blood pressure and cholesterol and other cardiovascular concerns through evidence-based strategies, starting with nutritional and lifestyle-based foundations. As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, she helps patients navigate perimenopause and menopause with clarity and confidence, offering individualized guidance on symptom relief, hormone therapy, and cardiovascular health. Her care is grounded in practical, sustainable strategies and prioritizes collaboration with other healthcare professionals as part of a patient’s larger health team. She maintains a practice in both Ontario (in-person and virtual) and Nova Scotia (virtual).
