Dr. Jessica Eastman is a naturopathic doctor, psychedelic-assisted therapist, trauma recovery coach, and fellow in Naturopathic Psychiatry (PsychANP) based in Vancouver, Canada. She focuses her practice on mental health, trauma recovery, and integrative psychiatry, blending naturopathic medicine with neuroscience-informed therapeutic approaches including somatic therapy, parts work, polyvagal theory, mindfulness-based interventions, and the addiction spectrum model.Her work is rooted in the understanding that the mind and body are inseparable. She offers evidence-based, trauma-informed care that meets each person exactly where they are, with respect for the nervous system and the pace required for lasting change.
