Dr. Jessica Eastman is a naturopathic doctor, psychedelic-assisted therapist, trauma recovery coach, and fellow in Naturopathic Psychiatry (PsychANP) based in Vancouver, Canada. She focuses her practice on mental health, trauma recovery, and integrative psychiatry, blending naturopathic medicine with neuroscience-informed therapeutic approaches including somatic therapy, parts work, polyvagal theory, mindfulness-based interventions, and the addiction spectrum model. Her work is rooted in the understanding that the mind and body are inseparable. She offers evidence-based, trauma-informed care that meets each person exactly where they are, with respect for the nervous system and the pace required for lasting change. Her clinical approach integrates both behavioural and physiological treatment — using nutrition, targeted supplementation, medication where appropriate, movement and exercise, and other body-based interventions — to support mental health from the ground up. She helps patients move out of survival mode, build inner safety, and develop true emotional resilience.Dr. Eastman has completed the Master’s-level Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy program at Vancouver Island University, is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-I), and has been in private practice for nearly a decade. She has trained and supervised naturopathic medical students, instructed in clinical nutrition and integrative mental health, and mentors new graduate clinicians. Her practice is grounded in intersectional feminism, anti-oppression, and a commitment to creating a safe, affirming, body-positive, sex-positive space for all patients. She collaborates closely with other naturopathic and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive, whole-person care.
