I became inspired to become a Naturopathic Doctor after witnessing the burden that chronic disease had on many family members, feeling helpless, wanting to assist, but not knowing how. I work as a health detective to identify the root causes of your health concerns and whatever obstacles are preventing you from reaching your goals. I empower, educate and motivate my patients to reaching their optimal health. In addition to supporting general wellness and seasonal care (eg. cold & flu, allergies, seasonal affective disorder), I focus on mood regulation (eg. anxiety, depression, stress management), digestive concerns, weight management and hormonal imbalances.
